Structured Maths
Our Leap into Learning Maths program is designed to introduce your 4-year-old to foundational number knowledge, addition, and subtraction. The lessons follow an evidence-based structure that prepares children with the essential maths skills they need when they start school.
Learning Objectives:
Number Mastery: Read, write, and represent all numbers up to 20.
Counting: Count forward and backward, and order numbers to 20.
Compare Numbers: Use terminology such as greater than, less than, or equal to for comparison.
Addition: Correctly add numbers up to 10.
Subtraction: Correctly subtract numbers up to 10.
Number Bonds: Develop accurate recall of number bonds up to 10.
